830467-Flow Control Valve Instruction Guide

To minimize problems in hydraulic circuit after converting to radial piston pump to a constant flow gear pump, it will be necessary to use a flow control valve, if a constant hydraulic demand is needed, such as in an orbit motor.

There will be three ports on flow control valve and will be labeled, IN, CF, and EX

From the hydraulic outlet on the tractor (this will be the pressure side of outlet) run a hose to the port on flow control valve marked inlet. From the port marked CF will be the controlled flow which needs to be hooked to the inlet port of the hydraulic component being used. The three reaming ports EX return from hydraulic function and return outlet on tractor hydraulic coupler need to be hooked together and can be Y’ed wherever it’s convenient.
