About the John Deere 3020
In 1964, the very first John Deere 3020 Tractors went out. They were produced until 1972. The John Deere 3020 Tractor first came out at a price of $10,000 (1972), but you might be one of the lucky ones who found a good deal lower than that. The bad news is that, like any other tractor, the John Deere 3020 Tractor needs spare parts to keep it running; the good news is that we have all the parts you need at 60% off dealer prices in our inventory. Make sure you have access to your tractor serial number, because there is a chance that the John Deere 3020 parts you need depend on that serial number. Usually, the serial number is printed on the rear of tractor, above PTO. That serial number is determined by the year of manufacturing, so for a 1964 model, it starts with 50000, for a 1965 model it starts with 68000, for a 1966 model it starts with 84000, for a 1967 model it starts with 97286, for a 1968 model it starts with 112933, for a 1969 model it starts with 123000, for a 1970 model it starts with 129897, for a 1971 model it starts with 150000, for a 1972 model it starts with 154197. They also have differential hydraulic wet disc brakes. The type II 3-point hitch is very reliable. It is also worth noting that the independent rear PTO runs at 540/1000 rpms.
