More about the John Deere 7820

The first John Deere 7820 Tractors went out of the factory gates in 2004 and they kept building them until 2007. Sometimes, the parts compatibility is determined by the serial number of your John Deere 7820 Tractor, and that info should be listed on the part fit notes. If you don't have the serial number of your tractor, you can find it on tractor frame, front right-hand side. Some John Deere 7820 Tractors have a 4x2 2WD chassis, but there are also some with a 4x4 MFWD 4WD chassis, all equipped with hydrostatic power steering. They also have hydraulic wet disc brakes. The type 3/3N 3-point hitch is very reliable, capable to lift 10,050 lbs [4558 kg]. It is also worth noting that the independent rear PTO runs at 540/1000 (1.375) rpms and the fact that there are not many tractors equipped with an independent (optional) front PTO like this one. The John Deere 7820 has a closed-center pressure-flow compensated (PFC) hydraulics system with a 28.5 gal [107.9 L] capacity. The pump does the job pushing 32.2 gpm [121.9 lpm] fluids in the hydraulics system.
