More about the Oliver 1655

In 1969, the very first Oliver 1655 Tractors went out. They were produced until 1975. Sold initially at a price of $10,000 (1975), the Oliver 1655 Tractor had a few price variations, so if you got it for less, you found a great deal! We have all the parts you need for your Oliver 1655 Tractor to keep it running. Sometimes, the parts compatibility is determined by the serial number of your Oliver 1655 Tractor, and that info should be listed on the part fit notes. If you don't have the serial number of your tractor, you can find it below instrument panel. The serial number starts from 218025 for a 1969 model, from 222600 for a 1970 model, from 222761 for a 1971 model, from 231772 for a 1972 model, from 236586 for a 1973 model, from 244735 for a 1974 model, from 257700 for a 1975 model. Some Oliver 1655 Tractors have a 4x2 2WD chassis, but there are also some with a 4x4 MFWD 4WD chassis, all equipped with hydrostatic power steering. They also have disc brakes. The type II/I 3-point hitch is very reliable. It is also worth noting that the independent rear PTO runs at 540 rpms.
