When will I get my items?
Once your items have shipped it takes around 2 to 4 days to arrive at your location. You can track the shipment to find the expected delivery date or if there are any issues that have caused a shipping delay. Destinations outside the continental US will take additional time for delivery.
What if I will not be available to receive my shipment?
We've got you covered! Delivery carriers will generally let you leave a signed note on your door with instructions. UPS will generally leave a ground shipment at the door in rural and suburban locations without a note. You can also instruct the UPS driver to take it back to the customer service center for pickup if you do not want it left. For detailed information please contact the delivery carrier.
